As the principal founder of ICONS Co. Ltd., Chuck holds over 20 years of experience in the information technology industry, with more than half of it attributed to the leadership of the company. He is a dedicated entrepreneur driven by a passion to empower and build value for his customers.

Chuck has pioneered ICONS in becoming one of the more recognized Information Technology Solution Providers in Trinidad and Tobago, developing and managing key alliances with global industry leaders such as Microsoft Corporation and Symantec Corporation, to name a few.

Amongst Chuck’s primary responsibilities, is that of shaping the vision and strategic direction of his company, leading to its latest transformation from traditional IT services to more dynamic, robust, Cloud-integrated Managed Services, enabling his company to focus on providing innovative solutions to their customers.

Chuck also volunteers his time serving on the Board of Directors of the Employers’ Consultative Association (ECA), a position he accepted in November 2019. The ECA is a non-profit organization that focuses on Industrial Relations and Human Resources practices, it represents the interests of Employers in relation to labor and social policy at national and international levels.

Chuck attended the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business, where he earned his Master of Small & Medium Enterprise Management in 2016.

Tarquin Joseph, one of the co-founders and Vice President of Integrated Computing and Outsourcing Network Solutions (ICONS) Co. Ltd. is also a foundation block upon which the services of ICONS are delivered.

His zeal for technology can be seen throughout the history of his career in the IT Solutions industry. His refined strengths in Data Centre Solutions management, routing protocols, software as a service (Saas), and pre-sales are beyond compare. Determined and a dedicated professional with an interminable drive for providing customized services for his clientele.

Tarquin is known for his caring nature and passion for language and culture. He occasionally gives his team a spontaneous Spanish lesson while discussing a lunch order or in casual conversation.

A past pupil of St. Mary’s College, he then proceeded to obtain a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus. Now, with over 20 years’ experience, Tarquin still finds time to read articles and blogs online to edify himself and keep on top of technological trends.

Carl Raphael, one of the co-founders and Managing Director of ICONS Co. Ltd. has been active in the IT field and has over twenty (20) years of experience.

Carl is customer-focused and continues to differentiate himself through quality, innovation and the ability to fully comprehend how technology-based solutions supports their clientele’s objectives. He designs solutions that enables his customers to increase their potential by working closely with them in maintaining a competitive edge while simultaneously increasing productivity and profitability.

Carl strongly believes that your company’s technology solutions are the backbone of your business, no matter what industry you’re in. He takes pride in his ability to accurately identify the right solution for his clientele needs, he assist them with what they wish they could do differently with technology.

Carl is an avid DIY weekend warrior; his spare time is spent doing home renovations on all parts of the house. He practically taught himself woodworking, plumbing, masonry, housing electrical and welding by either watching the tradesman while doing their jobs or from YouTube videos.
